How to: Embed worksheet data as a picture.
Solution:
Copy the data to be embedded in the source worksheet. Switch to the destination workbook and paste the data as a picture.
1) Open the source workbook.
2) Select the worksheet containing the data to be embedded.
NOTE: Click the tab for a worksheet to select the worksheet.
3) Select the desired data.
4) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
5) Open the destination workbook.
NOTE: If the workbook is already open, select the name of the workbook from the 'Window' menu to switch to the workbook.
6) Select the worksheet to embed the data.
7) Select the cell where the upper-left corner of the data should appear.
8) Press and hold down SHIFT.
9) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste Picture'.
